All dogs must be well-behaved and trained. Please dont leave your dog unattended in the house if thats not the case.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
If your dog likes to lay on the couch, we are providing a special blanket for you to place on the couch. But absolutely no dogs on the beds please, no exceptions. We know you love your furry friends, we just trying to keep the place clean for our next guests.
Dogs are not allowed to be bathed in any of the showers.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental management company from any andclaims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the pool or pool area. Guests are strongly advised to ensure thatindividuals using the pool are capable swimmers and that appropriate safety measures, such as pool fencing or supervision, are taken to ensure the safety ofguests.
Pool Maintenance: Pools and hot tubs have electricalmechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. The Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning pool or hot tub. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool or hot tub is not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning poolspa. Your host will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.pool equipment must be operated by a licensed professional. If you feel your Jacuzzis heater is not working properly, please message your host during normal business hours, 9am-5pm. This is NOT considered an emergency.
There will be no refunds for the internet going out, as we are not in control of that. Please contact your host and we will take care of it in a timely manner.
